We are exercising extreme discipline and restraint today. This means that the Anthony Weiner Roast is over. Finished. Kapoot! Besides, we should not poke fun at Weiner until we have walked a mile in his pants, which is difficult when they are around the ankles. AHHHH! No more! Enough already! Moving right along….
SUDDEN THAWT DEPT. (with thanks to the late Robert Sylvester of The New York Daily News) Why are the politicians spending so much time with a fine tooth comb—combing every word in the 24,000 Sarah Palin emails coming and going when she was Governor of Alaska, determined to find a flaw in her character, while brushing off any of Obama’s emails, college records, transcripts and proof of citizenship by birth to verify his legitimacy to occupy The Oval Office? Just wondering.
Thinking of Obama, here is his response when he backed down from his just hatched plan to require that military personnel pay for the treatment of their war injuries. (!) This righfully resulted in bad press including major mockery of the executive directive, by comedian Jon Stewart, which led to Obama abandoning his proposal to require veterans to carry private health insurance to cover the estimated $540 billion annual cost to the federal government for treatment for injuries that military personnel received during their tours on active duty. The President mumbled that he was puzzled by the magnitude of the opposition to his proposal. Really?
“Look, it’s an all volunteer force,” Obama entoned. “Nobody made these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks. Now they whine about bearing the costs of their choice? It doesn’t compute” saith he. “I thought these were people who were proud to sacrifice for their country,” Obama droned on, “I wasn’t asking for blood, just money. With the country facing the worst financial crisis in its history, I’d have thought that the patriotic thing to do would be to try to help reduce the nation’s deficit. I guess I underestimated the selfishness of some of my fellow Americans.” How’s that again?
If he thinks he will ever get another vote from an Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard service member or veteran of military service he has another think coming. He has a history of trying to ram through bills that the public opposes.
Florida contributor Rev, Ed Berkey, [also] advised us that this week, the University of Kentucky removed The Holocaust from its school curriculum because it “offended” the Muslim population, which claims it never occurred. This is a frightening example of the fear that is gripping the world and how easily each country is giving in to it. It is now more than 60 years since the Second World War in Europe ended with a horriying discovery of the holocaust which was shown in newsreels and told by veterans who had helped liberate the concentration camps. There is plenty of documentation that this atrocity happened.
Everyone saw the silckening newsreels of bodies of the victims of the Holocaust which should serve as a Memorial to the six million Jews, 20 million Russians, 10 million Christians and 1,900 Catholic priests who were murdered, massacred, raped, burned, starved and humiliated with the German citizens looking the other way while the Nazis carried out their inhumane deeds. This cannot be denied.
ANIMAL TAILS: Irish Central published an amazing story of a male Bornean orangutan called, Jorong, rescuing a drowning moorehen chick from a pond at Dublin Zoo. The clip shown on YouTube is fast becoming an internet sensation.
The clip shows the orangutan craning over the rocks to look at the chick. He then offers the chick some food before he seems to realize the chick is in trouble. He then scoops the chick up to safety on the bank and seems to blow on the chick and examine him. In the background can be seen the crowd which gathered and can be heard gasping in amazement of what they observed. And don’t forget, all these animal behaviors, instincts and a protective sense of danger along with the intricate construction of the eye, ear, circulation system, and the brain, all resulting from a “Big Bang” remember? And that big bang came as the result of hydrogen gas forming, exploding, and, presto! Here we are. However, the late Carl Sagon trying to explain the Big Bang and formation of the interplanetery system had this to say in his book, The Violent Universe:” “However, the beguiling question is, where did the orginal hydrogen come from?” That, in his own words, shows the theory of evolution for what it is. Evolutionary waste.
The New York Times (back when it was a newspaper) had a full front page headlined expose’ of a fake vertebra Darwin exhibited to push his evolution theory. Even with the expose,’ leftist professors still convince people that our closest relatives are chimpanzees and apes, that were the first occumpants on earth. Really? Humans did not evolve from animals. We evolved from Adam and Eve. Animals evolved from animals.
If we are closely related to apes and chimps as professors pontificate, then we should be able to get a blood transfusion from them. We cannot. The mismatched blood would be fatal. If humans evolved from apes and chimps, then why are there still apes and chimpanzees? A species cannot evolve into another species. Period.
The New York Law Journal today announced that a false allegation of homosexuality remains defamatory. A Broone County Judge allows a man to proceed with a libel suit against a woman who alleged that he was gay, finding that under appelate law, the imputation of homosexuality was defamation per se’. This confuses MilesTones. If homosexuality is normal, natural behavior and that they are like everybody else as it is proclaimed by liberals, then how can it be libel for someone to be called a homosexual? Just asking.
